Job Description – Cross Sell
Position Title/Designation: Relationship manager
Educational qualification: Graduates, Preferably MBA or Post Graduate or Licentiate IRDA
Total number of positions: 5
- Regular meeting with existing client & Built rapport.
- Understand their Insurance Requirement.
- Cross sell the different products of Insurance like, Motor, Health, Property, Fire, Marine, Project, Life, Mutual Funds & Investment products Etc.
- Generate fresh business from existing client of insurance products mentioned above.
- Achieve targets on regular basis as per the Goal sheet.
- Designing customize insurance solutions for Business houses, Companies, Educational & research Institutes, Industries, Corporate, Service Industries etc.
- Meeting the senior management of industries, govt, institutes, SMEs and suggest insurance advisory, get mandate for insurance advisory
Report To: Regional Manager
- Good communication, written & oral
- Ability to interact with senior managers & Private sector HNI Clients
- Knowledge of English, Hindi is must. Regional language is additional requirement
- Ability to understand & analyze insurance market
Candidate with Insurance/banking Knowledge, preferably with investment banking, Mutual funds Insurance Products, Motor, fire/marine products, Group health /PA Policies etc.
