Job Description
- Incumbent would be responsible for establishing new market for the entire product range.
- Responsible for setting up brand equity and market demand through various sales channel viz. Institutional/ E-Commerce/ MT/OTC channels for all products.
- Responsible for identifying new prospects and map new clients and revenue channels through market research, networking, formal sales meetings, management of demo installations, MOU negotiation, etc
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration.
- Achieving sales target, expansion and up gradation of major retailer network, collection and sales promotions.
- Monitoring of Daily market activity report for focused towns, coverage expansion, and building brand image and brand awareness.
- To provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and awareness on the competitors strengths and weakness for developing overall business strategy for business development, product development, and marketing.
- Work with Sales and Operations Planning team for demand forecasting.
- Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the various website & ecommerce portals.
- Keep current knowledge of online trends & provide analytic report of online sale.
- Developing and maintaining new institutional client relationships with various hyper/super markets.
- Grow and develop the sales of all the SKU’s through e-commerce sites.
- Partner with the E-Commerce Marketing team to develop and execute brand appropriate promotional campaigns.
- Will be responsible for identifying and opening of markets at international level for exports of our product range.
Job Requirements
- Experience in institutional sales / E-Commerce channel development / Modern Trade.
- Ability to critique & advise E-Commerce Team.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (If required).
- Must have experience in sales of Personal Care appliances (Hair Dryer, Razor etc.)
