We have an urgent requirement for Teleperformance BPO in Jaipur location
A brief Introduction of Teleperformance:
Teleperformance was founded in 1978 by Daniel Julien in Paris, France. Globally, it operates in about 135,000 computerized workstations, with more than 190,000 employees across 313 contact centers in 65 countries.
In India, there are 6 centers: 3 in Jaipur , 2 in Indore and 1 in Gurgaon .
We have multiple opening in multiple process with our Client Teleperformance, which is leading International BPO.

Job Role: To assist the customers in solving queries related to feedbacks, requests, complaints etc. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all the queries, requests & complaints received enabling satisfaction of the customer.
Technicxal Support:: –
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Sound Technical Knowledge of DNS & Web Hosting, Fair technical understanding (operating system , Microsoft antivirus etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, include Excel
Good Customer service & interpersonal Skills
Ability to Multi task
Good Typing Speed (25-30 w.p.m.)
Undergraduate(Minimum 6 months of experience)/Graduate/Post Graduate.
Attitude : Time Conscious ,Detail Orientation ,Flexible & Adaptability ,Patience ,Proactive
Customer Support ; Deliver customer experience to customers by ensuring timely and efficient responses.
Should be comfortable working for Night Shift as per US
Comfortable for a Rotational Shift & Rotational offs (24/7)
Individual need to clear versant assessment up to 65 %
Ø Relocation bonus of Rs 10,000 to outstation candidates (outstation Rajasthan) joining in the international .
Ø Guest house stay for 15 days .
Ø Ticket reimbursement up to Rs. 700 .
Ø Candidate can apple for an IJP after 6 months .
Ø Paid cab facility as per KMS ,within the vicinity of 30 KMS.
