*Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and sell additional extended warranties, solution station contact and other service packages. Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
*providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after – sales support services;
*analysing costs and sales;
* Can sales product like (ANTIVIRUS , PC CLEANERS ,OPTIMISATION SOFTWARES AND UPSELLING etc).
*sell the Annual Maintenance for Computers (AMC)
