BLT operates from 16K Sq.ft with about 14 State-of-the-art training rooms @ Chennai, OMR (IT Hub) in close proximity to Tidel Park to accommodate 400 + Concurrent trainees.

Position: Business Development – Corporate Marketing & Sales
Domain: Corporate Training & Training Infrastructure Sale
Marketing & Sales: Generating new Client’s for Corporate Training & Training venue business by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them With Digital Marketing, Cold Calls & in-person meeting. Keeping abreast of search engine marketing and collecting competitor intelligence.
Develop competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration. Responsible for executing overall business plan, lead generation and meet Revenue Targets. Presenting the Service offering to potential clients through direct communication (face to face meetings), telephone calls and emails. Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
Relationship Building: Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer. Implement effective network for consistent growth and better market penetration. Managing Corporate Relationship with all Existing & New Corporate Client.
